You can use this feature if you previously logged into Employer Online and setup your personal security question and answer. Otherwise, you’ll need to contact us for a temporary password on 13 11 84.

  1. Enter your Username and the email address you provided to Australian Retirement Trust.
  2. Answer your security question.
  3. A new password will be sent to your registered email address.
